Absolutely. We offer a complimentary consultation so we can learn about your wedding, walk you through the coverage options, answer questions, and make sure the experience feels like the right fit before you move forward. Consultations can be held by Zoom or phone.

We are currently booking 2027 and 2028 weddings. Prime Saturdays and popular dates tend to fill first, so we recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed.

A complimentary engagement session is included with our 8-hour Gold and 12-hour Platinum Photo + Film packages. Engagement sessions are a great opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera and work with our team before the wedding day.

Yes. We review the photography and film timeline with you before the wedding and can work alongside your planner or venue team to make sure there is enough time for the moments that matter without making the day feel rushed.

Yes. We regularly serve Toronto + GTA, Kitchener / Waterloo + Hamilton, London, Windsor and Sarnia, and we are available for weddings throughout Ontario and worldwide. Travel requirements are discussed clearly during the consultation.

Both. Couple portraits and formal photographs are thoughtfully guided so you never have to wonder what to do. During ceremonies, receptions and unscripted moments, we work much more unobtrusively and document the day as it naturally unfolds.

Yes. Our 12-hour Platinum Photo + Film package includes a three-person team with one female shooter. For other coverage options, a female photographer can be requested and is subject to availability.

Yes. Our team has photographed and filmed weddings across a wide range of cultures, religions and family traditions, including Nikkah and multicultural celebrations. We take time to understand the events, customs and priorities that are important to each couple.

Of course. We are happy to review references, mood boards and specific photo ideas. We use them to understand your preferences while still creating work that feels natural to your day rather than simply recreating someone else's wedding.

We adapt. We can work with covered areas, indoor locations, umbrellas or a revised portrait schedule when needed. The goal is to protect the experience of the day while still creating strong photographs and film in the conditions we are given.

Drone footage may be included when the location, weather, venue rules and aviation regulations allow it. Because those conditions can change, drone coverage is never treated as guaranteed.

Our standard turnaround for wedding photography and films is approximately six weeks. Timing can vary slightly during peak season or with unusually large events, but we always prioritize a polished final result rather than rushing the edit.

We do not set an artificial image limit. All strong, usable photographs that contribute to the story of your wedding are professionally edited and delivered in your final gallery. RAW or unedited files are not included.

Our Photo + Film coverage is designed to preserve both the energy and the full story of the day. Full-day Platinum coverage typically includes a longer wedding film of approximately 2–4 hours, depending on the event, plus a cinematic highlight film of approximately 5–8 minutes. Shorter coverage is edited to suit the events captured.

Your finished photographs and films are delivered digitally through a private online link so they are easy to view, download and share with family.

Yes. Photo booth service is launching for 2027 weddings and can be added to eligible bookings. Availability, coverage time and booth details can be discussed during your consultation.
